These terms of use apply to a JoomSnap membership. JoomSnap grants you a non-exclusive limited license to use products sold on the JoomSnap website in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
1. Memberships
JoomSnap products are available through a Joomsnap membership.You are granted a unlimited wordlwide license to use the templates and extensions on as many domains as you wish.With regards to the bonuses which come with the memberships such as ebooks, software and audio products; these products have individual rights which must be adhered to.The licenses are not time-limited, so you may continue to use the chosen product even after the date your membership expires. During the membership duration you have access to forum support and updates of your chosen products.
2. License
2.1. Ownership
Any JoomSnap template or extension modified or unmodified are not your property. You have the right to use these templates and extensions on as many of your client sites as you wish, but you cannot claim these extensions as your own and resell them as a standalone product.
2.2. Unauthorized use
It is not permitted to put our products in a modified or changed or even unmodified version on a disk, website, P2P or any other medium and use it for resale purposes. This means you are not allowed to set up our products for demonstration purposes to promote them to our customers. Should you intend to do so you have to discuss and agree upon this with JoomSnap in any case.
2.3. Unlimited licenses
If a membership grants you unlimited licenses of a JoomSnap product you are allowed to use the product in all your client projects but it does NOT allow the redistribution of the product in any form. Using a JoomSnap product for your client projects is only granted if you primarily sell your service to your client and not the product itself. If you wish to continue the usage of the product for new clients you need to renew your membership after the existing membership has expired.
2.4. Modifications
You are allowed to make any changes and modifications in the templates or products to suit your needs. It is not permitted to change or remove the copyright information in the source code. This includes the XML descriptor file and all PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS files distributed with our products. Of course, any visual copyrights, for example the copyrights in the template footer, can be removed.
However, you are not allowed to resale or redistribute these changes and modifications as GPL or other licenses. It is strictly prohibited to port JoomSnap templates and templates for and included in our extensions to other platforms and content management systems.
2.5. Assignability
It is not allowed to sub-license, assign, or transfer your licenses to anyone.
2.6. Demo Content
Re-use of any graphics, icons or photos from the demo content for any purpose is strictly prohibited. The demo content is for demonstration purposes only.
3. Product Delivery
As soon as you have carried out payment and we can acknowledge receipt of the money, we will email you your membership information. In case you have not received an email from JoomSnap within 24 hours, please contact us by sending an email to

4. Support
We provide technical support for JoomSnap products only in our support forum in the member area and NOT by email. We also do NOT offer any support for customizations. Nevertheless many members of the JoomSnap community will help you with the installation, modification or administration of our products. JoomSnap does not monitoring this forum but we do our best to answer your questions.
5. Refund Policy
Since JoomSnap is offering non-tangible irrevocable software products please contact us describing your situation and reason for refund requests. If mutual agreement cannot be reached regarding your issues, in this case a refund will be provided.
6. Privacy Policy
Any information submitted by the buyer will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product, informing about new product releases and addressing any customer service issues.
7. Warranty
JoomSnap gives no warranty or guarantee for our templates and extensions in any manner. Browser compatibility should be tested viewing the demonstration installations on the demo sites. Please ensure that your browser works with the template. We cannot give you the guarantee that the products will work with all third party extensions. Please be aware of that. We guarantee that all our templates work with the current version of Joomla. We cannot guarantee though that they will work with future versions of Joomla. Also, JoomSnap products will always be developed for the latest Joomla version. We cannot guarantee how long phase-out Joomla versions are supported. This decision is solely made by JoomSnap.
8. Terms & Conditions
Modification Joomsnap.com reserves the right to add, delete or modify any provision of this policy at any time without notice. You agree to be bound by any changes Joomsnap.com may reasonably make to this agreement when such changes are made. If you have purchased services or software from Joomsnap.com, the term of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect as long as you take advantage of and use the software or services that we provide. You agree that you will be responsible for notifying Joomsnap.com should you require to terminate your use of Joomsnap.com's services. Notification of your intent to terminate must be provided at least 5 days prior to your billing date.
Privacy Joomsnap.com will not sell, distribute, reveal, or otherwise make available any customer information. We contribute a great amount of time and help to anti-spam organizations and take great pride in IT security. Should we need to contact you directly regarding your specific account or service we will do so via email only or by phone.
Liabilities Joomsnap.com makes no endorsement, claims, or promises regarding the services offered by our customers and will not be held liable for any disputes or claims against said customers. In no event shall Joomsnap.com be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special and exemplary damages, or any damages whatsoever, arising from the use or performance of a customer web site or from any information, services or products provided through a customer web site. If there is questionable content on any server in our network, we will not take any action against any material or action until the website is brought to our attention by contacting our abuse department.
Payments and Agreement to Pay As consideration for the software or services purchased by you and provided to you by Joomsnap.com, you agree to pay Joomsnap.com at the time of your order. All fees are due immediately and are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly noted, even if your services are suspended, terminated, or transferred prior to the end of the services term. Joomsnap.com expressly reserves the right to modify pricing through email notification and/or notice on its web site. You may make payment by providing either a valid credit card or PayPal email address.
If for any reason, Joomsnap.com is unable to charge your payment method for the full amount owed, or if Joomsnap.com is charged a penalty for any fee it previously charged to your payment method (such as a charge back dispute), you agree that Joomsnap.com may peruse all available remedies in order to obtain payment. You agree that among the remedies Joomsnap.com may peruse in order to effect payment, shall include but will not be limited to, immediate cancellation without notice to you of any domain names or services registered or renewed on your behalf.
You agree that you are solely liable for arranging that your services are renewed, and that Joomsnap.com shall not be liable to you or any third party if it is unable to charge your payment method in order to renew your services. You also agree that you are liable for all services that have been rendered on your behalf until a termination of service has been officially received by the accountholder for services.
Late Payments If at any time, your hosting payments become past due, you will receive notifications via email (3 notifications in total, to the most recently updated email address on file within your client area) with instructions on rectifying the situation. Please note that Joomsnap.com holds the right to deny access to and/or de-activate accounts hosted on our servers of which have unpaid past due balances.
Accounts and servers will get automatically suspended of service if payment for hosting is not received 7 days after the due date.
All Accounts 5 days past due will be assessed a $10 late fee, which will be added to the invoice.
If an account holder submits a bank assisted dispute for services rendered, their hosting account will be de-activated within 48 hours if the payment issue has not been recovered. A $50.00 charge back fee will be added to the amount disputed by the customer.
We only accept credit cards or PaypPal for payment of services. Yearly plans renew automatically and are charged to the most recently updated credit card (or Paypal address) on file. In the event that your yearly/monthly charge is denied and we are unable to contact you, then the previously mentioned fees to enable your account shall apply. Monthly installments will incur for the entire duration services are rendered and you remain subscribed to until you submit proper cancellation of the account.
Any debt not paid 60 days after the due date will be forwarded to an outside collections agency for proper collection. At that time, the account holder will incur a $50.00 USD collection fee added to the balance previously due.
Please note that Joomsnap.com holds the right to deny access to and/or de-activate accounts hosted on our servers with past due balances.

Modification Joomsnap.com servers may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or distribution of any information, data or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, prescription drug sales, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws or the laws of the state of Florida. Examples of non-acceptable content or links: Pirated software, Hackers programs or archives, Warez sites, MP3, and IRC bots. The subscriber to Joomsnap.com service agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Joomsnap.com from any claims resulting from the use of the service that damages the subscriber or any other party.
Refusal Of Service We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.
Governing Law; Dispute Resolution You agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of the Site, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of the United States and by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions.
